First US Apple store union election is set for early June
Apple retail workers in Atlanta are going to be voting on whether or not to form a union. Workers are inspired by the Amazon labor union victory, but they’re also worried about retaliation if they join together.
The union was formed last year by workers at the plant. Workers were inspired by the efforts of others who had unions before them.
There are 107 workers at Apple’s Cumberland Mall location in Georgia who are eligible to vote. The election will take places on June 3, 4 and 5. The election will be held on June 3rd, 4th and 5th. The election will happen on June 3rd,4th and 5th.
Apple’s new policy will make it easier for workers to live closer to where they work. Employees will be able to use public transportation instead of driving. This will reduce pollution and save money.
We want to sit across the desk and help you make decisions, because ultimately we’re making calls for retail who’ve just never worked in retail.
The AmazonStarbucks effect
Amazon workers are now organizing unions. The company is losing money because of this. Workers at other stores are also getting organized. This is due to the fact that people are starting to realize how bad Amazon treats its employees.
