药物分析实验室坐落于综合实验楼E425，是太阳成集团tyc122cc的专业实验室。实验室面积为98.01平方米，实验室负责人为马庆苓，副教授。药物分析实验室现用于教师的科研实验室，负责太阳成集团tyc122cc师生的日常科研实验等工作。主要的实验设备有高效液相色谱-质谱联用仪（LC-MS）、高效液相色谱仪、制备液相色谱仪、气相色谱仪、紫外分光光度仪、薄层色谱仪；主要讲授的课程有《药物分析》、《中药质量检测技术》、《生物药品检测技术》等十门课程。众多教师与学生在本实验室从事科研活动，曾获得菏泽市软科学优秀奖一等奖。
